About the Presenter

Barry Hamilton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Barry has worked as a manager supporting IDD professionals in a variety of settings for more than 10 years. He is a champion of Direct Support Professionals and the frontline manager workforce, who coordinate and provide services to people with disabilities. In his time at Integral Care, he oversaw Crisis and IDD Services within a local authority setting. Currently, he acts as Clinical Director of the innovative programs at Down Home Ranch, an Intermediate Care Facility and HCS provider in Elgin, Texas. Through this presentation, managers and supervisors will learn tips for adding value to their staff supervisions.
